ACBIS Toolbox is a software solution from ACBIS. CPRO IoT Connect is your experienced implementation partner. By using the ACBIS toolbox, the process of customer-specific specification of products and services is made available at all customer contact points (in office, online on the web for dealers, sales partners and customers).

Product configurator ePOS

In the sales process, the ePOS product configurator takes care of product selection, product configuration, calculation and pricing according to the customer’s specifications. When the order is entered, the ePOS generates the production data (parts lists, work plans, etc.) for provision in the market-standard production systems.

smartERP Connector –
The hub for your data

Your SAP® S/4HANA® system is the center for your data and processes. It should stay that way! The ACBIS toolbox is connected to the SAP® system (or to a PDM, PLM or CRM system) via an interface developed by CPRO IoT Connect and uses the data available there to enable product configuration and optionally via to also make the web portal available to external users. The data is transferred to the toolbox via a standard interface (smartERP Connector) – automatically or manually. This makes it easy to avoid the additional effort involved in maintaining data in different systems and the typical source of errors caused by different data statuses or transmission errors. The smartERP Connector is used here, which serves as a hub for your data. As a configurable middleware, it takes over the communication between the systems.

The smartERP Connector can be individually configured for you and adapted to your processes so that we can supply Smart: ACBIS Toolbox with data according to your processes. Thanks to the flexibility of the smartERP Connector, we can not only communicate in the direction of the toolbox, but can also return configuration results, offers and customer orders to the SAP® system.
Do you have other systems with planning-relevant information? No problem, these can also be connected using the smartERP Connector.
